Automatic or manual

An on-device model finds faces for you. Anything it misses — a document, a screen, a number plate — can be marked by dragging.

Truly hidden

Pixels in the marked areas are replaced, not overlaid, so the original detail cannot be recovered from the exported file.

Frequently asked questions

Is pixelating better than blurring?

Both hide detail. Pixelation is more obviously intentional; you can switch to blur in the options.

Can I pixelate the whole image?

Yes. Drag a box over the entire image.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Detection and pixelation run in your browser.
